I feel it's time we start shaking up the health and wellness industry! For too long there's been an overwhelming amount of pressure to look a certain way. I've been there - following fad diets, over exercising, falling for detox programs. In the end the one thing that worked and has been sustainable was understanding how nutrition worked for me and being consistent with my training. Unfortunately there's no 'secret' or 'magic' formula like we're lead to believe. It comes down to understanding the basics and then applying them to your lifestyle.
And with this 8 week program I can to help you get there too!

Hey there, I'm Lisa
My passion is helping people find freedom in their lives through health and wellness. I’m a certified health and wellness coach, qualified personal trainer with pre and postnatal training, a certified nutrition coach and qualified yoga instructor.
Through this program my goal is to show you that you don't have to 'punish' yourself when it comes to training and nutrition. I want to show you that there is a way to find balance and a sustainable way to care for your health.

I want to let you in on a little something
The industry has a lot to answer for and it's time to start changing that. It's been engrained in us for so long that certain physiques are what we should be aiming for with marketing like 'shred' 'lose the weight fast' or 'bounce back'. What I offer isn't the magic answer or quick fix and it will take consistency and work but it's about looking at if you can sustain it and see yourself living like this. I've always said if you follow a diet that's so restrictive and you can't follow the rest of your life then there really isn't any point to it. I know that might seem a bit harsh but in my experience none of the fad diets I followed allow me to be where I am today.

What I teach you is practical and can be adjusted to where you are in life. Some clients enjoy tracking their food, whilst others dont. But both can be catered for. And once you know how to implement these things you'll have this knowledge for life.
